Postal Swim 2018 – the Postal Swim is a national competition where swimmers see how many lengths they can swim in a set time (up to 1 hour). Those taking part can swim for less than an hour, and stop as many times as they want to rest or take a drink. Cost for entry is £4

Each swimmer will need a parent on poolside to count lengths! If you have any questions just ask!

Friday Teaching – all Friday evening swimmers will take part on Friday the 16th of February. While this is an internal event, any swimmer who wants to enter the national competition and receive a Postal Swim badge can pay the entry fee to the family room (£4).

There will be 3 sessions, and a list will be placed on the noticeboard to let you know which session to attend.

6.00 to 6.45pm – swimmers will swim for 30 minutes. This is for ALL swimmers who do 30 minute sessions on a Friday evening. Those who normally attend 6.30 to 7pm need to come early, for 6pm. Don’t forget to organise a counter!

6.30 to 8pm – swimmers will swim for 60 minutes. This is for all swimmers who attend the 6-7pm session, and some swimmers who attend the 7-8pm session. We will be posting a list of who should attend this session soon. If you are on this list you should be poolside for 6.30. Don’t forget to organise a counter!

7.45 to 9pm – swimmers will swim for 60 minutes. This is for all Dolphin swimmers, and some from the 7-8pm session. We will be posting a list of who should attend this session soon. If you are on this list you should be poolside for 7.45. Don’t forget to organise a counter!
