This is the squad for those swimmers who still want to swim but may not necessarily want to compete. It is primarily based on swim fit training but swimmers are still put through their paces! Swimmers in this squad are encouraged to enter the Home Championships and any other galas and they are very much a part of the Adwick Team!

Friday 8.00 -9.00 pm
