From C Squad , swimmers normally make the move into B Squad.

B Squad is where swimmers work on both their technique and stamina and this is where work on diving, competitive starts and turns come into practice. Swimmers are expected to attend both sessions per week. This is the first of our competitive squads and swimmers aged 9 and over are expected to make themselves available for league galas and enter galas held here at Adwick and at other open meets across Yorkshire, such as those held at Ponds Forge in Sheffield and the John Charles Centre in Leeds.

Training Times:

Thursday 6.45 – 7.45 pm

Saturday 2.00 – 3.30 pm
