The first introduction to our Squad system sees swimmers progress to swimming for an hour, again in lanes and doing lengths and this squad has a key focus on building strokes and stamina. Swimmers in this squad are encouraged to enter events such as the Adwick Home Championships and swimmers also have the opportunity to compete in Open Galas after consultation with their coach. From here, many swimmers progress into B Squad and start to swim competitively.
